Grainy texture

I bought this lotion a few weeks ago and it feels like little pieces of dirt are in it it’s very unpleasant. I’m disappointed bc this is my first time using this lotion bc I’ve heard it really helps with dry skin.

Best Cream Out There

This is the best cream for dry hands. I use this every winter in the evening when I go to sleep. It's a little sticky at first, but I just wipe my palm and after a few min it fully gets absorbed. I prefer the Original Cream to the Advanced Repair Cream because it actually gets into the skin and with NO irritation. I keep a little in a smaller container and add essential oil sometime to add my own fragrance. A jar will last me 2 years with no spoilage.

Grainy texture

At first I thought it was because the lotion might be old. But every time I buy a new bottle, I get the same grainy texture, and see little white beads in it. Is this intentional? If not, I am going to stop using the product. It happens with every batch!
